Authentication method ‘caching_sha2_password’ not supported by any of the available plugins

Go the configuration file of MySQL, usually called “my.ini” in Windows.

At the section of [mysqld] add the following line:

default_authentication_plugin = mysql_native_password

Restart MySQL server.

Another alternative solution is by upgrading the Connector/NET (mysql.data.DLL).
